What personal information we collect through this website, why we need it and what you can ask us to do with it.

Marrakech Holiday plans and runs private tours in Morocco from Marrakech. We decide how the personal information sent to us through marrakech-holiday.com is used.
Contact: zainelife05@gmail.com, +212 667 897 512, Marrakech 40000, Morocco.
We use your information to answer your questions, prepare a quote, book the hotels, camps, drivers and guides for your tour, take your deposit, send your confirmation and invoice, keep our accounts and reach you during the trip.
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising or add you to a mailing list. We only send you news or offers if you ask us to.
Hotels and riads in Morocco must register the passport details of their guests. They take these from you when you check in.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Some pages load services from other companies, which can set their own cookies or record your IP address: the Google map on our Contact page, PayPal when you pay a deposit, and a script from Hostinger Reach, part of our web host’s services.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, but the map and the payment page may not.
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within two years. Booking records and invoices are kept for as long as Moroccan accounting rules require. Emails and messages about a trip are deleted when they are no longer needed for it.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to zainelife05@gmail.com and we reply within 30 days. We may need to keep booking records that the law requires us to keep.
In Morocco, personal data is protected by Law 09-08, overseen by the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel). If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights given by the GDPR and can complain to your national data protection authority.
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only our team can open the bookings and enquiries saved on the site, and payments are handled on PayPal’s secure pages.
Our forms are for adults. When a family books, a parent gives us the information we need about the children, such as their ages.
If we change this policy, we publish the new version here with a new date at the top.
Send us your dates and group size. We reply with a first route idea and a clear price.
