The terms that apply when you book a private tour with Marrakech Holiday.

These terms apply to every tour you book with Marrakech Holiday, on this website, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp. By paying a deposit you accept them, together with our Cancellation Policy.
All our tours are private. The vehicle and driver, and the guides where the tour includes them, are for your group only.
The day by day plan on each tour page shows how the tour usually runs. Your confirmation gives the final route, hotels and camps for your dates.
Prices are per person in euros and depend on the size of your group, your dates and the level of the hotels and camps. What a price includes and what it does not are listed on the tour page and in your confirmation.
The price in your confirmation is fixed. It changes only if you change the tour: the dates, the number of travellers, the hotels or the route.
You can send an enquiry or book a tour online. A booking is confirmed when we receive a deposit of 20% of the tour price and send you a confirmation and an invoice by email.
The deposit is paid through PayPal, by card or with a PayPal account. If we cannot confirm a tour you have paid a deposit for, we refund the whole deposit.
The rest of the tour price is paid on the first day of your tour, as shown on your invoice.
If you want to change your dates, the number of travellers, the hotels or the route, tell us as early as you can. We do our best to make the change and tell you if the price changes. One change of dates is free if you ask at least 14 days before the tour starts, as long as we can run the tour on the new dates.
If you cancel 30 days or more before the start of the tour, we refund your deposit in full. If you cancel later, the deposit is kept. The details are in our Cancellation Policy.
Roads in the mountains and the desert can close because of snow, floods, sandstorms or roadworks. If the weather or your safety makes it necessary, we may change the route, the order of the days or a hotel or camp for one of the same standard. We tell you as soon as we know.
If we have to cancel your tour before it starts, you choose between new dates and a full refund of your deposit.
Camel rides, sandboarding, quad biking, treks and helicopter flights are run with local operators. Follow the instructions of the camel men, guides and pilots. The driver or guide can stop an activity if the weather or the ground makes it unsafe.
We choose our drivers, guides, hotels and camps with care, and we are responsible for arranging the services listed in your confirmation. We are not responsible for losses caused by your own actions, by events outside our control, or by services you book yourself, such as flights or extra hotel nights.
Keep passports, money and anything of value with you. Helicopter and small plane trips have strict luggage limits, which we give you when we confirm.
If something is not right during the tour, tell your driver or call us straight away so we can put it right. After the trip, write to us within 30 days and we will reply.
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us goes to the courts of Marrakech.
