A day trip to Imlil gives you a few hours in the valley. If you stay the night, you see the light change on the peaks in the evening, sleep in the cool mountain air and walk again the next morning before the drive back.
The lodges near Imlil are built of stone and earth in the local style, with terraces facing the mountains. A local guide walks with you on both days, at whatever pace suits you.

Pickup in the morning and the drive up through Tahanaout and Asni to Imlil. After lunch your guide walks with you to Aroumd and back.
