Plan your trip in three steps
1. Send your message. Tell us your dates, how many you are and what you would like to see.
2. Get a first route and a quote. We reply by email with questions and a route idea, and we change it until it fits.
3. Book with a deposit. A 20% deposit by card or PayPal confirms the tour; the balance is paid on the first day.

Questions before you contact Marrakech Holiday
What should I put in my message?
Your dates, the number of travellers and what you would like to see. If you have a tour from our site in mind, give its name and we start from there.
Do I pay anything for a quote?
No. Enquiries and quotes are free, and you pay nothing until you decide to book.
Can I book without writing first?
Yes. On tours that show a price you can book online with a 20% deposit by card or PayPal. For the others, send an enquiry and we send you a quote.
What happens after I send my message?
We read it, check availability for your dates and reply by email with questions and a first route. When the plan is right, we send a booking link for the deposit.
Can you call me instead?
Yes. Leave your phone number in the message and the best time to call, and we ring you.
Can I change the plan after booking?
Yes, as far as hotels and camps allow. One change of dates is free if you ask 14 days or more before the tour.
How far ahead should I book?
For spring and autumn, two to three months ahead gives you the best choice of riads and camps. Outside those months a few weeks is often enough.
Can you help with hotels before or after the tour?
Yes. We can book extra nights in Marrakech or wherever the tour ends, and add them to your confirmation.
Where do you pick us up?
At your riad or hotel. If your riad is in a lane cars cannot enter, the driver waits at the nearest square or gate.
Can I ask about a tour that is not on your site?
Yes. Describe the route or the places you have in mind and we tell you whether it works and how many days it needs.
Do you reply in English?
Yes. We plan every trip in English by email, and you can also call us.
Can we travel with a larger group?
Yes. Tell us how many you are and we plan a bigger vehicle or two cars, and rooms to match.
Is it too late to book a tour for next week?
Often not. Write to us with your dates and we check which riads, camps and drivers are free.
What if our plans are not fixed yet?
Write to us anyway. We can send a route for rough dates and confirm everything when you know more.
Can you suggest a route if we do not know Morocco?
Yes. Tell us how many days you have and what you enjoy, and we suggest a route to start from.
Do you need our passport details for a quote?
No. Hotels ask for passports at check-in, and we only ask for names and dates when we book.
Can I send flight details later?
Yes. Send them when you have them, and we set the pickup times from your arrival and departure.
Is my message kept private?
Yes. We use it only to plan your trip, as our privacy policy explains.
