Ideas for your tailor-made Morocco tour
One week. Marrakech, the kasbah road over the High Atlas, two nights in the desert and back, with a day trip to the mountains or the coast at either end.
Ten days. Marrakech and Fes with the Sahara in between, or Marrakech, the desert and a few days by the sea in Essaouira.
Two weeks or more. The imperial cities, Chefchaouen in the north, two or three desert nights and the Atlantic coast, at a pace with two nights in most places.

Questions about tailor-made Morocco tours
How do I plan a trip to Morocco with you?
Send us your dates, the number of travellers and what you would like to see. We reply with questions and a first route with a quote, then change it until it fits. You book with a 20% deposit and pay the rest on the first day.
How many days do I need?
Three days is the minimum for the Sahara from Marrakech. A week covers Marrakech and the desert well, ten days adds Fes or the coast, and two weeks lets you see most of the country without rushing.
Does a tailor-made tour cost more than a set tour?
Not as such. The price depends on the number of nights, the vehicle and the level of the hotels and camps, so a route you design costs the same as one of ours with the same parts.
Can you book the riads, hotels and camps for us?
Yes. We suggest places that fit your budget and book them with the tour, so every night is in your confirmation.
Can we change the plan once we are in Morocco?
Often, yes. Tell your driver or write to us, and we move a stop, add a night or change the order of the days when hotels and camps allow it.
Can you plan around a wedding, a cruise or a work trip?
Yes. Give us the fixed dates and places and we build the rest of the trip around them.
Which months are best for a trip to Morocco?
Spring and autumn suit routes that mix cities, mountains and the desert. Winter is good for the desert and the south with warm layers for the nights, and summer suits the coast and the mountains better than the Sahara.
Do you plan trips for families and groups?
Yes. We plan the driving times, rooms and activities around children’s ages, and for larger groups we use a bigger vehicle or two cars.
What do we pay before we travel?
Only the 20% deposit, by card or PayPal. The balance is paid on the first day of the tour, and the deposit comes back in full if you cancel 30 days or more before the start.
Can you plan a trip that starts outside Marrakech?
Yes. Tours can start in Casablanca, Tangier, Agadir, Essaouira, Ouarzazate, Zagora or Fes, and end somewhere else.
How soon do we get a first route?
As soon as we have your dates, group size and ideas. If something is missing we ask first, so the route fits.
